The Process
The first thing you need to do is decide on your website niche. What is your website going to be about? Fitness, real estate, cars? Is it going to be about your business? There are many ways build your local business online. Once you know your website topic you'll need to decide what services you need from us. Are you looking for a simple online presence? Or are you after a ranking website that pulls targeted, ready-to-buy visitors from the search engines? Perhaps you’re somewhere in between.
We can handle many different types of projects. We can handle small projects and large projects. If for some reason we cannot handle your particular website... we'll be honest and tell you! We don't want to drown our team in projects and you don't want to hire someone not 100% interested in your business.

What Happens After I Purchase My Preferred Plan From Your Website?
Once you select your preferred plan, you'll be asked to fill in a basic form and agree to a website development contract. The contract is pretty standard and outlines what we will provide to you. Once you fill in the form and agree to the contract, you'll be taken to a screen where you can make your payment. Your payment is processed through a secure third party processor. After your payment you will be taken to a screen that provides some questions for you to think about. When I call you I will need the answers to those questions.
What Happens When You Call Me?
We talk about your ideas and your website goals. I'll ask you the website questions you saw after you made your payment. Knowing your answers will help me determine what you are and are not looking for in a website. This conversation will be friendly and fairly brief. It usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
After We Chat... What Happens?
From there we will start developing your website layout and template as well as your website header. If your plan calls for keyword research, then we start on that as well.
When we have the correct amount of keywords we will ask you to approve them. This gives you the opportunity to gauge our progress. Once you say, "Yes! These are the keywords I want to draw traffic with in Google!" We will either begin our research and writing for you or we will teach you how to create the content. It depends on which plan you have selected.
Our writers are professional writers and researchers. We can write on any topic imaginable. We've created content for electrical engineers, dentists, pilates instructors, holistic health practitioners, real estate agents and lots more. Our writers will create general content on your keywords. The goal is to get targeted visitors from the search engines. Once they are on your site… you can dazzle them with opt-ins or affiliate programs. The choice is yours.
If you prefer to have creative direction over the content we urge you to consider a plan that provides that to you. We want you to have choices and feel as though you’ve made the best decision for you.

Do You Have On-Going Monthly Payment Plans?
Monthly on-going maintenance plans are available to our Team Building and Business Complete website clients that wish to continue building their site and increasing its traffic. On-going maintenance plans are optional and you do not need to sign up for one.
No Plan: We give you the completed website files and a guide explaining how to add/edit a page. This plan costs you nothing per month, but you are totally on your own. We will not be able to help you add/edit pages after the initial “How To” session.
Plan 4 $39/month: We’re here to help with routine changes and edits. See something that’s misspelled? We’ll fix it. Need to change a price on something? We’ll fix it! This plan does not include adding new pages.
Plan 3 $99/month: We’re here to help with routine changes and edits. We’ll also write and optimize 1 article per month. We’ll then take that article and add it to your website, XML sitemap, visitor sitemap and to the Search Engines. You may substitute your own content if you wish. However we will only optimize the meta tags of your content. This plan positions your website for gradual growth.
Plan 2 $199/month: Again we are here to help with routine edits and repairs. We’ll also write and optimize 3 articles per month. We’ll then take these articles and add them to your website, XML sitemap, visitor sitemap and to the Search Engines. You may substitute your own content if you wish. However we will only optimize the meta tags of your content. This plan positions your website for gradual growth.
Plan 1 $399/month: This is the plan for those that are serious about their website. We are here for routine edits and repairs so you don’t have to worry about annoying tech details. We’ll also write and optimize 6 keyword focused articles every month! You may substitute your own content if you wish. However we will only optimize the meta tags of your content.
